It becomes more and more evident by the day, as to why John McCain, et al, want to send 10,000 (to start off with) American troops into Iraq under the guise of 'fighting ISIL'.

McCains excuse is to 'fight the spread of ISIL' terrorism.

But given McCains recent past record of ARMING and SUPPORTING ISIL terrorists in Syria, the real reason appears more and more like McCain wants to pit American soldiers against the Iraqi Kurds - and to DEFEND ISIL and ISIL black market oil routes crossing Northern Iraq into Turkey.

Why would a sitting US Senator, the Chairman of the Armed Services Committee, intervene in an Iraqi - Turkey black market oil dispute - unless there was a big piece of the black market oil revenue going into the senators own pocket?

And would this not be a war crime and punishable offense by the same Senator, if he used US ground forces for his own personal gain?

The claim that the Turkish government has been a part of an illegal oil trade with the Islamic State has brought more criticism from Virginia state Senator Richard Black, who has been vocal about the American airstrikes against the terror group.
