You could also say that experiencing and understanding everything is the purpose of consciousness.

As long as a consciousness gets to experience things it hasn’t experienced and learn things it doesn’t know, it will desire to continue, but should creation ever cease to offer new adventures, consciousness will wither and die from boredom.

So what’s the reason for living, the purpose and goal of life? To have experiences and to learn; to increase knowledge and understanding, and then, with that increased knowledge and understanding, to have even greater experiences and adventures.

The experiences and adventures you are having, the learning you are doing, the knowledge and understanding you are gaining, RIGHT NOW, in this chaotic time, is pretty awesome, wouldn’t you say?

Whatever you choose as a life purpose, and whatever story you tell yourself and believe, and whatever experiences you (or others) create, are all part of the awesome adventure that is life (whether in this reality or a reality somewhere else ... “INFINITY AND BEYOND...”).
