Potential candidate of the Democratic Party in the presidential elections in the US next week promised to present a comprehensive plan for the destruction of ISIL from the air, on land and on the Internet.

Potential candidate of the Democratic Party in the presidential elections in the United States Hillary Clinton said that many of her rivals, "we're just talking" when it comes to fighting the group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, and she's the only presidential candidate with a concrete plan against members of that armed group.

"Others just talk a lot and throw up many ideas, but I was in a room of emergency 'in the White House, and I know what will be needed to take America to be secure," said Hillary Clinton, the former US Secretary of State, reports news agency AP.

Republican candidates sharply criticized US President Barack Obama that his reaction to the rise of ISIL was to weak and try to link the current policy of the White House on this issue with the policy led by Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State.

She promised to present a comprehensive plan for the destruction of ISIL from the air, on land and on the Internet.

It has been announced that it will be present next week.

Hillary Clinton reiterated that, if elected president of the United States will not send American ground forces to the area ruled by ISIL.

"It would not be wise, and that's what terrorists would like" concluded Clinton.
