"Executive Order" Announcements - Psy-Opp Ploys?

The clown is fond of his self-anointed authority to override any basic rule of law, long as it suites his purposes, and he has a pen.

But those purposes may well be only inside the clowns head, and not conceivable in real time, or real application in the real world.

The problem with spending a career as a clown, is that, save for the clown, no one will take the clown seriously, with the clown having proven himself a clown for so long.

Now add to the mix the clown is a deranged, incompetent, and insane entity, who can no longer discern the difference between when his clown face is on, or when the paint has been rubbed off.

If the clown wants to save his clown face, the only thing left for the clown to do is to bring together other clowns like himself, form groups of Insane Clown Posses, and send them hither and yon to enforce the fantasies inside the clowns own psychotic brain.

Then the question becomes, are there more Human beings with half-a-brain in America, then there are Insane Clown Posses?
