He is saying here that if Assad was not in power -

- the Syrian army, who have been defending their homeland against a US backed coalition of McCains terrorists -

- which also included France as part of the terrorist coalition against lawfully elected President Assad -

- and 'moderate rebel factions', AKA: DAESH/ISIS/ISIL/USRAEL/CIA/MOSSAD/MI6 -

- that the Syrian army would be playing nice nice with the these terrorist maniacs who are destroying their homeland and killing their families.

Assad, and the regular Syrian army are defending their country and their families against predator terrorists from all over the globe - INCLUDING FRENCH TERRORISTS.

I don't see either the regular Syrian army or Assad worrying very much about an idiotic statement made by a mealy mouthed, piss ant French terrorist 'foreign minister' who got caught in Paris with his pants down, and is still delusional enough to believe he can tell Assad what to do in Bashar al-Assad's own country.
