Owners of "Kogalymavia" on Monday gave their version of the causes of the disaster of A321 in Egypt: the technique was OK, professional crew flew it, the incident that occurred in 2001 has not any relation with this the plane, ship was destroyed by external influence.

The survey analysis crew working on A321 that crashed in Egypt, confirmed that the plane was in perfect mechanical condition. In last five flights there no any comments in the logbook of the crew of the A321.

The airline also said that in October 26 aircraft engines have been tested for problems and none have been identified.

In "Kogalymavia 'claim that the repairs carried out in 2001 after the tail during the landing of the aircraft touched the runway (then it belonged to a Lebanese carrier), could not be the cause of the disaster, as the shortcomings have since been found and been repaired.

"Regarding the fatigue cracks it should be noted that the work on the assessment of fatigue cracks in aircraft are held once every five years. Then the plane was operated by the carrier Middle East Airlines. However, Rouzenker did not deny the possibility of a terrorist attack.

President of the "Partner of Civil Aviation", Honored Pilot of the USSR Oleg Smirnov in an interview with LOOK said he did not rule out as a versions of the attack, and the technical problems. According to him, it is necessary to check out whether the repair of the aircraft after the accident in 2001, opening casing: if the repair is limited to replacement of the tail, the experts could not see the cracks that formed on the fuselage. These microcracks could, eventually, lead to tragedy. Moreover, Smirnov did not rule depressurization, for example, if there was an explosion of the engine, after which the turbine blades could pierce skin of the aircraft, and the aircraft because of this was torn in airflow.

Meanwhile, the main legislative body of Russia continue to discuss measures that could make the country aviation industry safer. On Saturday, the deputy Alexei Pushkov suggested to prohibit operation of aircraft older then 15 years, and on Sunday he added that it is necessary to leave the market to two or three carriers.

Member of the State Duma Security Committee, Anatoly said that the election was not so categorical. In an interview with views he expressed the view that such restrictions should be discussed with professionals from aviation. He also drew attention to the need to combat the supply of counterfeit spare parts for aircraft.

Member of the State Duma Transport Committee, Oleg Nilov has taken the initiative to introduce a state monopoly on passenger air travel: "I believe that we need to consider - and with such a proposal I have made - for the return of the state monopoly. In any case, those companies which carry out passenger transportation should be under one hundred percent control of the state "- said Nilov, noting that in recent years Russia has one of the first places on the number of accidents. "If you count the number of flights and the number of people, I'm afraid that this will be the first place" - said the parliamentarian.

Nilov said that the experience of a state monopoly for air travel has been, including during the Soviet era. "As an alternative, I propose a compromise: 51% - in the hands of the state, 49% - in the hands of private investors, entrepreneurs," - said the deputy.

"It's hard to do this will be through some kind of a law, amendments to the law. Would be correct to apply to the government with this initiative, and, if it considers it possible, it prepare its decisions or decisions and, if necessary, legislation ", - he explained TASS.
