They are very real, I've seen people ghosts and animals ghosts. We even have a couple pictures of spirits on camera, but spirits are a little cloud looking thing and is only about a foot high. Ghosts are the same shape they were in their body and they can be seen out of the corner of your eye, and animals just walk around, you see them from the corner of your eye too. I don't look for them. But I have lived in houses where someone died and I would see them once in awhile, they looked like a wisp of smoke. And some times you can smell a fragrance that they wore or liked. A smell is the easiest thing for them to do. Some of them are trapped here because they have lost their way. You should treat them like you would anyone, If they are not nice, then tell them to go to the light and leave you alone. They have to respect what you say. Be strong about it. A lot of what happens with your experience with them is in your own mind.
