DIEBOLD has been the bane of free elections for many years! But there is a way around these computer-cheaters: It is called THE EXIT POLL. If exit polls tell us a particular candidate is way ahead and then he loses, everyone KNOWS something is wrong! In the 60s and 70s exit polls were nearly as important as the elections themselves. Back then we didn't hear much about crooked elections unless they were close(As with Nixon and JFK.)
