Grozny, Chechnya (IraqiNews.com) The head of Chechnya Ramadan Kadyrov said that ISIS is an organization on the payroll of western secret services and ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdad is a CIA agent.

Itar-Tass News Agency quoted Kadyrov statement for the local press-service that, the ISIS leader, Ibrahim Samarrai, known as Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, works for the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and is financially supported by western secret services.

He urged the ISIS leader to admit he works for the U.S. intelligence. “Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi should take off his mask and declare loudly and clearly that he is a CIA agent, that he has been recruited. If he really considers himself a devout Muslim, he must openly confess that he is killing his brothers in faith, to apologize to his coreligionists and to disband his gang. Only then there will be peace. Otherwise they must be wiped out” said Kadyrov.

“They have enjoyed support from the Western secret services all along, which are providing them will all essentials. Where do these bandits take money for aircraft and for tens of thousands of sets of full combat gear? Certainly, they are being helped by high-placed people.”

“I would ask one and all not to call them Islamic State. They are Shaitans (evils) and their sole obsession is to grab as much money as they can lay hands on. They are acting on orders from the West” he said.

Putin tells troops to capture al-Baghdadi alive

Russian President Vladimir Putin has asked his forces fighting against IS in Syria that he wants Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the group’s leader, alive.

The Middle-East Panorama website reports that Putin wants the dead body of al-Baghdadi displayed in case he is killed.

The website made the announcement referring to aware sources.

Russia has been pounding IS positions in Syria claiming heavy casualties to IS militants. Russian officials say that the airstrike will continue.

“We will not only continue strikes… We will also increase their intensity.” said Andrei Kartapolov from the Russian army.

Russia is also mulling to complete 150,000 soldiers in Syria in a bid to wipe out the Islamic State.

However, Turkey has condemned Russia violating its airspace to reach out to Syria to support Bashar al-Assad’s regime.

“Nato has issued a stern ultimatum,” Recep Tayyip Erdoğan told a press conference in Brussels.

“We cannot endure it. Some steps that we do not desire are being taken. It is not suitable for Turkey to accept them. This is also beyond the principles of NATO.” He said.

A war of words has also begun between Russia and NATO over Moscow’s violation of Turkish airspace and its military intervention in Syria.
