You should read "Hologram of Liberty" by Kenneth Royce.
Aka Boston tea Party.
In it he shows that the Constitution was written by wealthy Land Owners, Bankers and Lawyers locked away by George Washington and Hamiltion 6 weeks before the "Convention. It is a near carbon copy of the Constitution of England at the time. It was a Coup by the American Elite against the people that fought the war. The Constitution was shoved down the delegates at the real Convention. The only State that put the Constitution to the people for a vote was Rhode Island. It was soundly defeated by a margin of 11 to 1. Patrick Henry refused to go to the Convention as a delegate. He said "I smell a rat".

The People lost the Country before it even began.

Read the Constitution one little piece at a time. It gives the government all the authority to do what it is doing today. When people talk of the Constitution, they ignore the body of the document. People only refer to the ten articles added after. The Elite do not consider the ten articles to be part of the Constitution. It does not matter what you and I think about it. The Elite decides what the constitution means and what it doesn't.

Everything about the Constitution was kept secret for 40 years. Adams, the second President heavily edited everything that was made public. What little truth that came out was by death bed confessions to family members.

Lysander Sponner wrote at the end of
"Constitution of no authority #6:

Inasmuch as the Constitution was never signed, nor agreed to, by anybody, as a contract, and therefore never bound anybody, and is now binding upon nobody; and is, moreover, such an one as no people can ever hereafter be expected to consent to, except as they may be forced to do so at the point of the bayonet, it is perhaps of no importance what its true legal meaning, as a contract, is. Nevertheless, the writer thinks it proper to say that, in his opinion, the Constitution is no such instrument as it has generally been assumed to be; but that by false interpretations, and naked usurpations, the government has been made in practice a very widely, and almost wholly, different thing from what the Constitution itself purports to authorize. He has heretofore written much, and could write much more, to prove that such is the truth. But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain –that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.
