We know the blood supply is not screened for Lyme, and it is highly unlikely that the meat supply is screened for Lyme. Could that rare steak you ate open you up to the horrors of Lyme disease?? If Brucella can be transmitted via food, is Borellia far behind? Has anyone studied this? Does anyone even care?

We know E-coli bacteria doesn`t die after the cattle are slaughtered. Borrelia is a bacteria too. Cattle and other animals are fed antibiotics. Does this kill Borrelia?

... Does cooking beef kill the Borrelia? I know people who like their T-bones rare. This also applies to all this "natural food" as well. I saw on Art's site that Borrelia was found in unpastuerized milk.

Perhaps what the big smokescreen is really about, with what is going on with the Insurance Industry, is really what if someone asks the question: What's in the beef?

Could all these articles denouncing us Lyme patients as mental cases, could this be a diversion tactic? Spin masters get paid very handsomely in this country. Remember Robert Di Niro in "Wag the Dog"?

The FDA/USDA would have a COW if activists started asking questions along those lines. Can we trust the FDA and USDA? ... What's in the beef?
