Remember that the US Department of Defense - in conjunction with NASA - is actively tracking some 21,000 items of "space junk" bigger than a baseball, and about 500,000 items larger than a marble.

I decided to check the Stuff in Space website, (http://stuffin.space/), and searched for blanket, thermal, ISS, Endeavor etc etc and I could not find any item listed in relation to those searches.

My initial conclusion is that this object - which is clearly larger than a baseball - is not interesting enough to include on the website or is somehow 'classified' for National Security purposes.

The only other options are that there is no thermal blanket out there, or it has an identifier that is not easily found by using plain English search words.

I recommend having a look at the site particularly if you enjoy zooming in to see how many near Earth objects travel over your own location.
