3. The Jones’ house got flooded. Could use some help.
4. The Shoe factory could use a few more people for about a week. Who knows, you might like it and want to volunteer there more often. Come and find out.
5. Only for the stout hearted: We need some able bodied help at the sewer plant. We need a new pond/tank dug/installed. About two weeks worth, if you can stand it.
6. Just got in a new light panel at the power plant. Need some help installing it.
7. Anyone interested in taking charge of the water plant? Mark wants to fish more.
8. As most of you know, Bud burned down his house last week doing some welding. The clean up is over, and the new building materials arrive in two days. Help!

9. We're expecting quite an influx of folks for the State Olympics. we need hotel works, cooks and waitresses for the weekend (Kurt, if you get this, we loved your pies last time. We miss you).

FAMILY

Every head of a family, or mature adult single individual, is given 1 1/4 acres of land, free, tax free (no taxes whatsoever) (land and homes cannot be encumbered by debt (there is no debt whatsoever) land and house are private property, owned by the recipient, and when the owner dies it returns to the community to be given to another person or family as needs arise).

COMMUNITY

There are approximately (depending on terrain) 2,000 1 1/4 care lots in each community (no additional lots are allocated. Population remains relatively the same through generations. There are never more than 2,000 homes in a community–there are no apartments or high rises. There are community facilities in the center of town. Factories are located on the outskirts of town. Each community is surrounded by 5 miles of un-touched nature, farm and pasture land, thus there are 10 miles between communities).

COMMUNITY ECONOMICS

There is no money, script, or accounting. There are community storehouses and exchanges where the excess from each person’s self-production is stored and dispersed (freely) according to local needs and wants. Community storehouse excesses are made available (free) to other communities.

Community services, utilities, agriculture, farms, hotels, eateries, entertainment, etc. are manned voluntarily.

TRANSPORTATION IN COMMUNITIES

All transportation is people powered. No non-human energy vehicles.

Human energy vehicles or Public non-polluting transportation.
