I was very interested to read this article today. I have a formula that I take if I feel an infection - particularly a respiratory one - coming on. So, when I read this article, I immediately recognized Andrographis of the type mentioned in the study. I went to check MY go-to formula and sure enough this is in there, along with other helpful ingredients such as zinc, vitamin C, echinacea and more. It is from the brand Bioceuticals and it is called Armaforce. I rarely get anything like these types of infections anyway, because I do not vaccinate and haven't done so for a couple of decades. I also don't take ANY Big Pharma drugs (not even a headache pill). I use natural medicine for everything. However, at the first sign of a sore throat or respiratory illness, I just immediately pop a tablet of this morning and night and I find I can usually knock the illness within a few days at the outside.

So, I have had experience taking this substance and I have found it to be excellent FOR ME.
