Had to look up apotheosis...so don't know what Lionel is really saying here. BUT , no mention in the news of a couple of things that went away during the Trump administration.

(1) NAFTA.....corporations move to the country where workers were paid the lowest wage. China? Don't know but that's where silicon valley went.

(2) TARP ...that gave corporations rule over any country that they set up shop. (fascist wet dream)

Never read anything about this in the news. BUT, if these two ideas had hung around DC long enough, WE all know they would have been enacted into law.....esp. after seeing what happened in 2020.

Other things equally as important.....millionaire billionaire pedophiles and rapists were prosecuted and sent to prison. Do you remember a millionaire / billionaire going to prison in the US regardless of offense?..esp. a pedophile millionaire / billionaire?
