Yes, according to by-laws pertaining to the bankruptcy of US Gov Corporation, all Americans were legally declared Enemy's of the State, many years ago.

That is indeed the 'legal' Corporate 'Law' standing.

One has to ask their self, WHO would conspire to frame a 'law' in such a despicable manner, and then continue to feign the trappings of a 'Representative Republic'?

That is, declaring the individuals you supposedly represent as your legal enemy.

Of course, the answer is that even the smallest hint of any concept of any legal or lawful representative republic was thrown in the trash nearly a hundred years ago, and America has remained besieged under a 'legalized' predatory police state dictatorship ever since.

One can spend time investigating, or naming all the dates, all the times, all the acts, all the pieces of paper, and all the names of the per per-traitors, and it all translates into predatory stupid in the end.

The absurdity I see is a nation of sheep who accept these current conditions as 'law of the land that must be obeyed'.

When blatantly criminal psychopath factions create 'law' such as the above, then it is only the out-law who remains true to their Humanity.
