I purchased a NuManna Emergency food supply container that was specifically designed for people that have Gluten intolerance. I am a Celiac and it is imperative that I not consume gluten in any form. During the Covid outbreak, I was under quarantine and had to break open and use my some of the packets enclosed in the container. I immediately reacted and suffered with internal bleeding which appeared with the passing of the items. I was so sick and could not do anything about it as I was in quarantine.

I complained to the company and they responded with a limp apology and told me they did not find me in their system. Questioning my purchase! I took pictures of the container and asked what more I could do as there are no identifying marks on the container-a UPC code or other tracing marks. I requested a refund and it was never responded to. Since I cannot consume any more of the product, and I do not trust it’s contents I expect a full refund. These containers were not cheap and the fact that I had to suffer is probably worth more than the refund. If I cannot obtain a refund via BBB efforts, then I will have to resort to further action.

To Whom it May Concern,

As noted, customer reached out to us here at NuManna via our contact email on June 2, 2020. Customer noted they are a Celiac and that had an adverse reaction. And would like to be reimbursed for her purchase. On June 4, 2020, we responded to customer as follows:

"Customer,

We are sorry to hear this. And not certain as to the reason why. That said, we have reached out to our production with intent correcting if it is indeed our product. If so, again...we are sorry. Also, we have been unable to locate your name in our system. Do you have an order number, different name it was purchased under? we need to locate the original order to issue a refund.
