I looked up CAVATINA. It is an Italian word that seems to best translate to "Fallback, ingenious idea."

As a Vietnam vet, I would watch all of the movies about Vietnam.

With The Deer Hunter, what stood out apart from the fact that the mountains shown were obviously not be in Pennsylvania, was the lack of a real war story when compared to movies such a Platoon or even Apocalypse Now, until I read a review, somewhere, that pointed our that The Deer Hunter was not a movie about war -- I rather doubted the Russian Roulette being played -- but a movie about friendship.

Cavatina is a lovely, somewhat haunting, piece of music, and you must like it quite a lot, since I remember listening to it when you posted it once before.
