ex(not)-is-tense

The tense of not is, not static state, not without change or movement.

The opposite of is-tense, static, without change or movement.

Existence is defined by agreed upon units of duration which are referred to collectively as Time just exactly as a legal currency is defined by agreed upon units of value.

The use of legal currency or currencies comes with conditions.

The use of legal time or times also comes with conditions. For example, your birth day is a legally defined point that determines everything about your ex-is-tense (life). If your birthday was not pinned to a legally accepted calendar you would not be allowed to have any life at all.

Everything on Earth is governed by legal Time. Whoever, whatever controls legal Time controls the planet. It would be interesting to find out who or what that is.

As concerns the video at https://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=208470 , that's a cozy thought but it can't work. There is still that bastard little x.24... days at the end of every year that presents the same problem as a 12 month year.

Any configuration of months can be made to work. What is important is who or what owns that configuration.
