Not so much as a we but a who having usurped through fraud the limited government in the U.S. first to create a colossal Legal Plantation Management System consisting of a self delusional elitist coterie owning, directing,
or controlling lesser to major Public and Private corporations that Thomas Jefferson warned us about. The public herd are trained (not educated) to call this beast government which is 90%
of the above. I hear shouts of the Constitution continually with 90% of the people not knowing even which "Constitution" has jurisdiction over them. When these for profit agencies, departments, companies come calling to strip assets and productions of their labor even their children, they race to Lawyer/Attorney up entering into contracting and commerce business courts and legal framework with foreign agents. Most get fleeced and kicked out the door back into the field in defeated and broken exclaiming "Who can make war against the Beast" !?

The entities and their people minions living off the the herd are under no obligation to educate the people entangled regarding this but do arrogantly lay it out in their symbolism, and smug public & private communications. In the end a man that doesn't have an informed and ordered system of thought will always be at the mercy of men that have one whether they be good minded with compassion regarding their fellow man or evil minded and void of compassion for the same.
