Ps I saw a windowsill blueberry bush, not long ago. It would have to be a fairly large windowsill, though. Or, put it in front of a sunny window!

She said the concept is to provide folks who have no garden space with the opportunity to pick and enjoy their own fresh produce. PanAmerican is focusing on three products: tomatoes, sweet peppers and hot peppers. Because of their miniature size, these plants fit nicely on small windowsills and once fully established, they’ll provide small, flavourful fruit for about 70-to-80 days.

No, not an ad, just a good idea for small spaces. We grew out a birdseye pepper over the summer, got about 50 peppers, and look forward to more come Spring.
Chillies are high in Vitamin B and C, fresh red chillies are believed to help boost collagen levels and great for maintaining healthy skin production and blood vessels.

Vitamin-C (Ascorbic acid) – 240%
Vitamin B6 – 39%
Vitamin A, – 32%
Iron – 13%
Potassium – 7%

So grow enough to have a pepper a day. Just take off the stem and swallow whole if you don't like heat.
