Are we studying Agriculture incorrectly?

Have our hybridizations of plants over hundreds, if not thousands, of years given us crops unnaturally high in sugar and unnaturally low in minerals degrading our skeletal structures and lowering our life span while introducing a whole host of diseases?

How do we stop practices taught to be considered "smart", "intelligent", "advanced", but in reality deadly and injurious?

How do we break out of the denial without crushing our egos?

Is a longer healthier life worth tearing down systems and institutions built around the current erroneous injurious and deadly way of thinking and doing in agriculture?

If we shut down the system in order to clear out the erroneous injurious and deadly way of thinking and doing in agriculture, will the people understand or even listen?

How do we get the message past the gatekeepers who themselves are in denial for fear of crushing their egos and destroying the current way of thinking and doing that they have always viewed as "smart", "intelligent", "advanced", but in reality deadly and injurious to which they are blind?

How do we move the blind out of the way so that we can move forward with wisdom and understanding and the courage and clarity of mind?
