Have read that WE have made a test fairly recently on a home grown semi conductor and it failed. So, if we used to get along just fine making all of our own stuff, what happened?

So, good chance the answer is (D) Should congress HAVE to explain where all our taxes went? Since everything needed in modern life depends on semi conductors.....maybe it is time for 'ol joe or congress to explain.
