I see you have posted a couple of music videos, so here is one that might be worth some attention.
I wasn't listening to radio throughout most of the 1980's, and as middle-aged guy, certainly wasn't watching MTV. But there were a few hits, during that time, that I have picked up on many years later thanks to YouTube, and Take On Me, a 1985 hit by the Norwegian group A-ha, is one of them.
The 80's were the hay day of MTV, so I guess music videos were pretty much required to get any attention, and if you listen to the song's history, it certainly helped make Take On Me a hit. The video for Take On Me was called the best music video at the time and is possibly the best music video, ever. And the remastered 4K version of 12 years ago has reached nearly 1.5 billion views on YouTube. (There is no telling how many additional views the original might have added to that.)
For anyone interested in learning more about the song and the video, there is a three part video series about its making that is easily found by searching 'A-ha the making of Take On Me' in YouTube. The second part of the series talks about the animation which took the artist 16 weeks and more than 10,000 drawings to complete.
