All good things do come to an end, just as the 1980s have,
and now, Ivana Trump, who was somewhat of an icon of that era.
( I admit i shedded some tears for both factors; mainly for the end of “better times” )

It takes me a bit of time to study these things,
but off the top I see that transiting Uranus and North Node in Taurus are in her 6th house of Health— squaring her natal Venus in Aquarius in the 3rd house and opposing her Scorpio ascendant, with Saturn squaring the latter.
Actually you could say a T-square is involved, as, her natal Leo Pluto in the 9th was also being stressed. Not to mention another hard aspect occurring with transiting Pluto Capricorn squaring her natal north node in Aries in the 5th.

She was somewhat of a recent widow , and what I’m picking up is that there was a possibility of her being “not looked after” ... I don’t know, but that’s what I’m getting. After all, her offspring lead very busy lives.
