This story doesn't really reveal much. Young women or men seeking work in acting or modeling (which is a lot of people) would create profiles on Explore Talent and many similar sites. They would have no idea who created or operates those sites, they are merely seeking exposure. Those types of personalities could later find opportunities in media or politics where they have the public spotlight - both liberal and conservative minded people could end up in those roles. It doesn't mean there is any planned operation to hire them as actors to serve a behind the scenes entity. I'm not saying that there is no such scheme going on, I'm just pointing out that there is a pretty mundane explanation for what is being presented and no evidence presented to support another explanation.
