Do a little research. The military was prevented from launching ICBMs many times in the past. Back in the 80's I have seen photos of UFOs hovering above a ICBM launch site and the rocket was dead.

I also saw video footage (I can prolly find it again) of a military rocket with a nuke head on it...and a UFO flew up and shot the nuke off the rocket...and it exploded in the upper atmosphere.
