their retail outlets. eat and drink only what they sell. implant you with a control
and monitoring chip. basically make you a slave to the 1 percent. if you collapsed
the entire world economically, and made food and resources scarce, people will be
fighting each other to join huxley's brave new world. it could also be a logans run

type system for the city dwelling, non elites. while rulers live in rural
sanctuaries, far from the herd.
