That's an interesting theory. With programming a sacrifice can be accomplished by triggering a person to commit suicide, so it's possible for a death to be both suicide and a sacrificial offering. It is odd that a person would take her own life just as she is about to be honored and is preparing for a final tour. There's really no way to know for sure what happened.
