Here is he gist of the cited article.

Scientists and experts create a model that demonstrates how clever models incite worry which then causes runaway financing of those clever models which demonstrate how clever models cause runaway financing.

This clever modeling further indicates that experts and scientists agree that the clever models are really scary! and that zero public doubt can only be achieved through runaway financing of more and increasingly clever models. All doubt of scary models must be sequestered lest light shine upon the face of the Earth causing certain experts and scientists, and other related fauna, to spontaneously go bust.

With that said, here is where we are.

In the past CO2 was into the thousands of ppm many times. Flora and fauna flourished.

Currently CO2 is about 400ppm.

At 150ppm there is no O2 producing plant life on the face of the planet. It's all gone. It becomes irreversible before 150ppm.

What they are trying to distract from is,

"As the article reveals, the aerial spraying "places vast amounts of chlorine, bromine, fluorine and iodine into the atmosphere all of which can deplete ozone... Ozone depletion is now global and is allowing deadly ultraviolet to reach ground level.

The article further notes, "Ultraviolet radiation is the most harmful and genotoxic component of the solar radiation spectrum. The mutagenicity and lethal action of sunlight exhibit two maxima, both in the UV region of the spectrum."

The authors "provide introductory information on the devastating effects of UV-B and UV-C on humans, phytoplankton, coral, insects and plants."

What the author is missing is that the Earth's electro-magnetic field is failing at a rate not anticipated by the "experts". This means a less dense, less protective atmosphere. Chemtrails are a stopgap measure to slow the flood of UV-C and other harmful radiations reaching the surface of the planet. The "experts and scientists" cannot tell you that they have absolutely no idea how to fix this problem. If they did admit that you might loose faith in the clever green house gas model.
