In my estimation the Sun is a highly conscious being that is created by/a part of the galactic consciousness... the Sun will be the key variable in whatever comes next for Earth. If the Sun is due to trigger a planetary ELE and reset then it would make sense for the global managers to plan to reduce the population and increase the centralization of power in advance of such a chaos inducing event. I believe that Elon Musk has said we need to colonize Mars since the Sun will end civilization on Earth. I don't think anyone knows exactly when the major solar events will unfold but sometime in this century seems likely.
