The people at the top who dictates to the Western World, are all men. They are part of a group called the "Council of Seven Men", aka "Council of 7 Men" aka "7 Dark Ones". The men are a mixture of royals and old banking families.

These 7-men employ underlings/aides, i.e. Klaus Schwab, Henry Kissinger, George Soros, etc. These underlings then use various organizations to influence those in governments. They also exploit NGOs, news organizations, etc. and also have special private gatherings, parties, where you get to meet future party donors, investors, etc. And what happened over time is that the people in government, at least the majority needed to tip the scale to put people in governments that are friendly to the advice that these men are giving to use, to influence and change governments.

And Justin Trudeau is just one of the state leaders who has been gripped into following their commands. It is not him alone. Most all of the EU members are puppets, etc.

So what Justin's half-brother Kyle Kemper is saying is very accurate to what is going on.

Prince Charles is one of the prominent members of the council - it is rumored. And these men have agreed that the population number is too high and must be reduced, because it costs too much money to maintain. The coronavirus is the start of population reduction.
