Here is something to consider I found on the topic

Sure it's way out there...but who knows?

I was digging for answers back when this happened. It for sure was no accident. DEW for sure.

I do not have the source of this theory...only my memory of what I found.

It may have been covered in a video but as a researcher I take a mental note anytime I hear something unusual.

What I heard was...there is a Benign / Benevolent race of White Skinned (I think?) off world beings residing under the ground in that area.

As i recall they said they had been there a very long time and the locals all know about it.

I get the image of a small being like an Elf / Gnome or something similar.

I know there are all kinds of beings like that out there so not a real big surprise to me.

The cabal do not like them because they are positive and not working with the negative agenda.

The locals see them at times and set food out for them and such is how the story goes.

And after years of this relationship the locals have been providing protection for them to keep them safe.

Same as people do with say a racoon or cat if hungry.

There were other details I forget...like why the dark want them dead?

Like I said...it's a heck of a story...but who knows?
