Ahh I had forgotten about 'V for Vendetta'. Thanks for reminding us.
The other night, I was watching old re-runs of the Sci-Fi series, Babylon5. This particular episode laid out exactly what they are doing today. The episode was the last episode of Season 4, 'The Deconstruction of Falling Stars'. It was set in the future (500 years beyond Bab5) and showed how the 'elite' were erasing history, destroying heroes and rebranding them as traitors. Censoring speech, news, media etc. All kinds of things that they are doing today.

My money goes on 'V for Vendetta.' It references paedophilia, human experimentation, and false flag attacks by government in order to gain complete control, albeit minus the transhumanism aspect.
