Helena Blavatsky & Alice Bailey are not the only ones who have discussed the 7 Rays, and I highly doubt as dedicated a Patriot as General Flynn would be quoting from Blavatsky. Sure enough, in Phoenix Journal 7 on Patrick and Anne Bellringer's web site fourwinds10.com - the Old Archives - there it is(scroll down to Page 19 & 20) THE SEVEN RAYS OF LIFE

It is too bad that so many people jumped right to the worst possible conclusion before checking out other possibilities.

I'm not saying that I know for certain, just that a man like General Flynn has probably read many of the Phoenix Journals over Helena Blavatsky's theosophical works. Just sayin'

There seems to be a misguided idea that Christian beliefs are separate and distinguishable from "new age" teachings. The 7 rays idea is common in both modern channeled materials and ancient metaphysical materials. Someone had reported that General Flynn attended a religious event where an invocation from Elizabeth Clare Prophet's messages from ascended masters was used, which is similar to Theosophical writings that brought together Eastern and Western esoteric philosophies. I think some folks are hung up on religious division and orthodoxy and forgetting to evaluate people's character and actions rather than affiliations. We also can be too consumed with judging others and forget to focus on doing our best at embodying our values in our own lives.
