Seems that the medical journals are delving into how tampering with the immune response is triggering some cardiovascular and autoimmune damage. The problem is that the immediately visible serious adverse effects may be somewhat "rare" while the damage may be occurring more gradually over time in other people and will lead to cancers and heart disease which are so common that people won't realize that vaccines can foster those diseases.
