The thyroid DOES create iodine in the body, if the right foods are consumed.
Lugol's IODIDE is safe to take and gives the thyroid the chemicals to create IODINE internally. I have used it for years. When fighting an infection you can feel the thyroid swell when under stress and subside after taking a few drops of Lugol's Iodide.
I am a 30yr independent Bio Medical Scientist researching the aging process and human condition, as well as the criminal fraud of the medical community.
