I am a registered California voter who requests that you reject SB 277. I am extremely disturbed that this bill is being promoted for passage, despite the large number of concerned and informed Californians who have publicly expressed their opposition to this bill.

Do you honestly believe that parents should not have the right to choose whether or not to vaccinate their children? Is this a dictatorship that we are living under where freedom of choice is not an option and our state openly violates and ignores the Nuremberg Code?

Parents are threatening to take their kids out of school if this bill passes - an act that will hurt the schools financially. Is that what you want?

There is a prevailing mindset that vaccines are both necessary and safe. However, here is a link to the names of 32 respected doctors who say otherwise and have testified about the unhealthy effects of vaccinations:

Injecting a mix of chemicals and compounds into newborns and young children whose bodies have not had a chance to fully develop is the perfect recipe for sickness, disease, and even premature death. Shockingly, there are dozens of new vaccines that are in the pipeline to add to what we already have today. If vaccines are, indeed, safe, then why did Congress grant vaccine manufacturers special legal immunity from harm caused by these consumer products? Would you buy a car or piece of electronic equipment if the manufacturer couldn't be liable for defects?

"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision."
