It's being said that Truth Social is in breach of the Affero General Public License, which requires that derivative software must make its source code available to all, but Truth Social's software has been called "proprietary" by someone.
It might just mean an imprecise use of the word 'proprietary'. As you're saying, let's wait to see how it all unfolds.
