The three underwater cables, installed in the East Coast, West Coast, Gulf Coast, that are heated, is a combined setup as each grid cable can be made either positive or negative relative to the Earth - causing ELECTRICAL CHARGES in the upper atmosphere to move in response to these electrical fields, producing jet stream shifts which in turn alter the weather. The setup is like a giant battery, with one terminal connected to the cable and the other grounded. - And the jet stream can also be re-routed manually.

Hello. I just read your article regarding weather modification and LaNina/El Nino nonsense. While your understanding of the phenomena being manufactured is correct, the explanation you offer as to how it's being done is not. I know this because I have researched weather modification for 14 years.

ALL WEATHER involves clouds and those clouds are made from WATER VAPOR. The resulting precipitation does not matter whether it's hurricanes, tornadoes, hail storms, rain, snow, or sleet. I don't know where you obtained your info but "heated underwater cables" are definitely NOT the cause of the water vapor over ocean surfaces that cause weather/precipitation/hurricanes.

Water vapor/clouds form from water evaporation into the atmosphere. The evaporation can occur normally and slowly or it can be accelerated by heating water then releasing it as a vapor into the atmosphere using BOILERS and COOLING TOWERS. Over land in the US, cooling towers are being used by most of the 7,000+ power plants and countless manufacturing facilities. The water vapor is released either with particulates (carbon black, graphite, aluminum chaff, polymer fibers) or it's released into a fog of those particulates from another nearby source or from chemtrails. Particulates are required for cloud formation and suspension, otherwise the vapor will completely evaporate.

The same basic water vapor principle is used on the oceans as well but the vapor is manufactured from large ships with water boilers that mimic the cooling towers on land.

Then there's NEXRAD/Doppler Radar. These dual-polarity phased-array EMF transmitters are technically known as Klystron transmitters. Every state in the US except New Hampshire has at least 2, including Alaska and Hawaii, and they are used to steer and manipulate manufactured weather fronts containing particulates as well as creating "high" and "low" barometric pressure systems (2 or more NEXRADS working in tandem). On land they broadcast frequencies 300-500 miles in all directions and the US Navy's SBX-1 is a floating version with a 1000-1500 mile range. There are numerous SBX-1 units and they are hurricane makers.

This same exact process is used to create weather worldwide. Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, and Central America also possess the same technology that contributes to hurricane formation in the Gulf. That's how numerous storms form in one area then are joined to create larger storms. This can be seen on live IR weather maps here:

The windy.com and wisc.edu maps show NEXRAD beams and pulses. Yellow/red/purple/black colors indicate water vapor release from cooling towers. The entire eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains, Colorado, the Dakotas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas are areas to watch. Note the time stamps on the maps and notice how quickly the precipitation forms before being moved to the East. Normal water evaporation into a cloud form DOES NOT occur that quickly nor does it form in nearly perfect round circles, whether over land or water.

The owner of the video has several other videos posted on his channel that explain the process. Though I don't agree with the owner's premise that atmospheric damage preventing "normal" weather is being caused by "fossil fuel" emissions, my own research validates the process and methods presented used to manufacture weather. Any atmospheric damage preventing normal weather is being caused by EMFs and is done for military Command and Control (C6-ISR) purposes. Weather modification and wireless technologies have identical timelines beginning in the 19th century.
