Your/Our confusion about how anti-gun laws can exist is reasonable. Here is how they get away with GUN LAWS....
First, There is no US Constitution. I was subverted by continual NATIONAL EMERGENCIES that enable the Constitution's permanent suspension. Even though the National Emergencies are "temporary", they have been renewed in perpetuity. The US is operating as a MILITARY JUNTA under the UN. If you have any doubts that the US Constitution is defunct, then go read Senate Report 93-549.
Second, What the gov't is ACTUALLY doing is NOT law. Gov't institutes STATUTES, which have the force of law on Artificial persons but are not law. Statutes were put in place as administrative rules for operation of the gov't... They consider you to be their employee.
If you claim to be a "US CITIZEN" then you are an employee that is party to the gun statutes ("laws").
Third, as of 1938, statutory law was implemented as law of the sea but on the land. This was a separate jurisdiction that they worked hard to put in place. The effect of statutory law is that all rulings prior are NOT statutory and have NO EFFECT on the statutory system.
Fourth. If you identify as a "US Citizen" that makes you a STATUTORY PERSON and not a natural person. The legal presence literally supersedes you being human!!!! If you know this and do not take on a LEGAL IDENTITY, then the LEGAL IDENTITY is considered OUT OF IT'S MIND and you are treated as psychologically ill!! I'm not making this up, they did this to me twice... for knowing that I am NOT an artificial person, multiple judges declared the FICTION to be INSANE and then abused the medical system to MENTALLY TORTURE ME.
The problem is that the LEGAL IDENTITY is how they ATTACH statutes (which are NOT law!!) to the human being! Statutes only apply to Statutory persons... and you are not a statutory person... but the gov't -ACROSS THE BOARD- assumes all humans to be a statutory person-legal identity.
The gov't OWNS and OPERATES all legal identities and you have no say. This is how and why the gov't can impose that only attorneys can practice law and operate your legal fiction statutory person. you are not educated enough to know. Yet if you do know, that is belittled and degraded into irrelevancy no matter how important it is.
Gun statutes apply to the LEGAL ENTITY that they assume you to be.
The state citizen is immune from any and all government attacks and procedures, absent contract.

The unlawful gov't will ASSUME a contract that Gun statutes apply to you.... because they can assume that you DO have a contract. the Birth certificate is a contract, the SS# is a contract, the Driver's License is a contract, the passport is a contract. etc.
They never told you these things were contracts but they are. And the GOV'T OWNS the document... meaning, if they demand, then you must give their id back to them... it's NOT YOURS!!!! GET RID OF THESE DOCUMENTS IMMEDIATELY!!! STOP THEIR PRESUMPTION OF CONTRACT!!
Furthermore, you can NOT CONSENT to their BS. if you do not consent to their gun laws, then they do not apply. however they do not see it that way... they assume that they have everyone's consent... no matter what. This is fraud by the gov't on a massive scale.
If you correct their errors, that you are NOT a Legal Entity, they will not correct their errors even if it is YOUR JOB BY COURT RULING to correct their errors. If they are intent on assuming your contract and consent and identity as a LEGAL ENTITY, they will not allow you to correct their errors no matter what... again MORE FRAUD.
Lastly, Human beings are being treated as property conveyed through legal presence. the legal entity has no body but yours. If you do not contract and do not consent, they cannot assume your body to be surety for the legal presence artificial person. They do it anyway no matter what. securitizing human beings into property has been outlawed as SLAVERY for over 150 years... yet the gov't does exactly that... the gov't is literally a mass public slavery system.
Gun laws are designed to protect the elites systemites from the rest of us using the corrupt police violence.
I have been swatted in my own home for demanding rule of law from a judge... EVERY JUDGE OPERATES HUMAN BEINGS AS STATE PROPERTY... EVERY JUDGE MUST BE STOPPED.

The gold fringe on the flag means MILITARY. Every Court, even the US Supreme Court, uses gold fringe on their flags. No one seems to know what that means... it's flag law. Gold means military. The flag of America is only 3 colors, red white and blue. the gold fringe makes them foreign.
According to Anna Von Reitz, these people are the British gov't and the Vatican operating a governmental service corporation in the guise of a gov't. They are completely illegitimate. I know they completely illegitimate given how the courts treated the jurisdictional issues in "my" cases.
