I would like to add some natural protocols for avoiding breast cancer that make some people uncomfortable. Please understand that we are dealing with a cultural bias that runs very, very deep.

Wearing underwire bras cuts off the lymphatic circulation, which is necessary to carry toxins away from the area. The wire itself can act as an antenna to concentrate all the nasty EMF signals we are bombarded with every day, which further weakens the sensitive tissue in the breast area.

DON'T wear your cellphone on your body at all, but especially keep it away from your chest! Both your heart and breasts will thank you.

The most delicate subject of all: underarm shaving. It is a cultural bias and a very unnatural thing to do. If the tender underarm skin is nicked by a razor and then slathered with deodorant (alum and other nasty chemicals) there is no way for the toxins to be sweated out. Then those toxins settle just underneath the shaving site, the place where, according to one study, 80% of all breast tumors are found.

A wonderful man in New Jersey, a cobbler by trade, woke me up to what he called the "infantilization of women": we are made to feel dirty if we have hair under our arms and on our legs. He said it was encouraging the rampant pedophilia in the world. That is still a lot to think about, but the natural health issues remain: it just ain't good for ya!
