Fulford's last two reports have been contradictory, a bit shy on facts and a bit heavy on personal messages and analysis. I don't think this is a product of anything more than how messy the behind the scenes situation is currently. We all think the people above us have it all figured out and their shit together, but once you know how many separate factions exist in the world, sol system, and even within the earth agencies itself you will see a total lack of a unified message. Once this message starts to unify across the ENTIRE board you will know a single powerful person/group/civilization have taken control. All the messages and intel after will follow a similar and logical flow (which it absolutely doesn't currently).

Every faction is at war to ultimately control humanities unity consciousness. That is the only similarity I see across the board. More benevolent groups want to give us an energy release (new/fair financial system w debt forgiveness, a better and cleaner world to live in) so humanity can take back their energy and raise our mass consciousness into the next assigned higher dimension. Less than benevolent groups act directly against this agenda one way or the other. At it's heart it can be simply broken down into that. No ONE group has enough pull to make a major move to make a shift (whether it's positive or negative). This is why seemingly nothing makes sense. Hope this helps, I will be writing a lengthy lengthy geopolitical, exopolitical and self-saving article that lays out protocol for the currently awakened portion of humanity and how to start awakening humanity en masse. Make no mistake, this entire unseen war is the control for humanities consciousness because it currently creates our reality. A positive outcome (for us) comes about in one of two ways.

Either humanity starts to wake up, understand how to take back our own sovereign energy to create a movement from the inside out....No force could actually stop a movement like such. Mass consciousness is one of the great occult mysteries, which is why EVERYTHING we know divides and separates mass consciousness into smaller controllable segments. God forbid if we would all latch onto a single positive movement! Protocol is being completed to start this however. I will blast it out to all the LW blogs when completed.

The second is an outside in approach, which is the battle currently being waged which hopefully the good guys can continue to gain enough meaningful momentum.
