You're saying, "Avocados are loaded with PUFA".

GMI is saying, "This distinctive fruit has an impressive nutrient profile that includes monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs), polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), dietary fiber, folate and potassium as well as essential micronutrients and phytochemicals."

YouTuber Lionel has sometimes described what he eats (essentially raw whole foods) and specifies, "No oils." But he also suggests everyone should have two tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds every day. That means he _is_ taking in flax seed oil (though a fairly small amount) but he's taking it in company with the rest of whatever's in flax seed.

The article you brought for us mentions avocado OIL twice. I think the question becomes, "Should one avoid avocado altogether in order to avoid avocado oil?"

My guess would be one's exprience of the oil in company with all the rest of what's in avocado is quite different from one's experience of the oil isolated from the rest of the avocado. :)
