I challenge the premise of this article with one question.
I have challenged the premise for close to 30 years in personal conversations with those espousing that We the People are subjects and do-not have options.
Where I was raised in the farm and ranch operations of Montana, we had a saying that exposes the futility of argument being more valuable than facts and law.
No one wins an argument because there is no intent to resolve anything in argument.
The second part is devastating to those who choose argument over facts and law.
Never argue with an idiot because the only value in argument is feeding the confusions.
To date, no one has been able to address the question, yet more to the point, provide any evidence that the facts under the question are not true, complete and accurate.
Is the 1783 Treaty of Peace a valid enforceable international contract requiring recognition of the People freed by King George becoming Sovereign's in our own right?
Derivative questions clarify the matter perfectly.
Did any American, from day one of the Treaty of Peace, give up their personal Sovereignty recognized by King George, the chattel property owner of the subjects, released by contract between sovereigns known as the Treaty binding nations?
Did any American Sovereign ever assign their personal Sovereignty to any agent of government for use as a bargaining chip? If so where are the public records?
Did the People that created our government forums beginning 1776 ever assign any public servant or government operation the power or authority to bargain away the Sovereignty of the People? If so where is the public record?
Did the People creating all governments ever assign powers or authorities to any public office or servant allowing interpretation of, re-construction of, the Peoples first law, Bill of Rights, or the constitutions controlled by the reserved rights of the People?
Until, these questions are addressed, documented proofs of fact and law negating the Peoples Sovereign standing at capacity, all discussions or arguments about who controls what are hot air that stinks of subversion.
Why would any one believe that the bogus positions of foreign jurisdictions hegemony, over the freedom and right to choose, political liberty, ever control the fundamentals of our American adventure in personal liberty?
These characters stand on the liberty to speak and act as a matter of right from which to attack the very facts and law protecting their right speak!
I invite any one to an open public discussion on these matters.
Confusion of jurisdictions unresolved always lead to involuntary servitude.
Show me the maritime or British jurisdiction contract I agreed to or quit.
Giving credence to a bogus position always results in confusion because corrupt men and their actions are given value over the facts and law.
The first thing I want to know is, why I should give credence to corrupted men in their Divided Loyalty operations attacking my liberty, when simple direct questions can-not or will-not be addressed and answered?
Confusions to the subject matter of a question is always a refuge for the corrupt!
Honest men deal directly with the issues in their face.

We the People do not need, nor should we ever use our public servants positions, reference points, documents or operational procedures to define our selves to our servants or the world at large.
Only subjects need verification of their identity from their master.
Sovereign’s define them selves and invite any one to prove them wrong.
Our American adventure in personal and collective liberties from day challenged the whole worlds political slave based system.
Day two the attacks started and we in this present moment are experiencing the culmination of all the energies expended to crush the concept of mans right to choose for himself.
