This is to say, the government MUST have a contract to do what they do and they must have consent.
I have literally DEMANDED by MANDATORY DISCOVERY the contract in a court case being run by Michigan against a legal presence they are imposing upon me that was officially federally relinquished. The expatriation process IS the revoking of contract and consent. Even having done this, the Judge is completely corrupt and refuses to acknowledge the expatriation. According to R.S. §1999, the Right to Expatriation is a Natural Right (meaning gov't cannot take it away) and is final (meaning gov't cannot reverse the choice to expatriate). In my instance, the judge is so corrupt, not only does he reverse the expatriation to gain jurisdiction and authority that is not otherwise had, but the judge refuses to produce the contract, and yet refuses to stop due to lack of contract!! I have documented my revoking of consent, and yet the judge refuses to stop his persecution.
