Many have tried this before and it has always failed simoly because they try to use the current corrupt official courts to file their cases with. Nothing within these filings will stop corrupt gov.employees from continuing to remain corrupt. They (gov. employees), will deny this filing in every way possible to be heard or to proceed.

The Freemen movement, OPPT w/Heather Anne Tucci, Anna von Reitz and others have tried to do this from the corporate level down to the municipal level and all have failed because when you use their corrupt courts, you will be denied every turn when trying to proceed with those claims/filings by the very corrupt people who run the courts.

To expect career corrupt criminals to suddenly stop being criminals is folly because they have everything to lose and nothing to gain to keep the 3 city state control of slavery over our lives. And any dissension among the corrupt criminals to do otherwise, will be met with swift action by the rest of the criminal court actors.

Those who've paid attention have witnessed this time and again. Look at the records. How long has the freeman been fighting the US Treasury on birth bond fraud? How long has J. Gould been claiming he's the rightful owner of the US Flag and Post Master General? Did anything change in those 20 odd years? How long did OPPT last? How does Ana Von Reitz expect the current corrupt courts to accept her common law courts to replace theirs without police or military force to back them?

In the end, it always gets down to who has the force behind them to enforce their wills upon others. And the criminal enemies have known this from day one. How long will it take for others to understand that simple fact?
