HOW TO SHOP WITHOUT A MASK:

I recommend:

(1) Calling in advance and to ask, "What accommodations do you have for those who cannot wear a mask?"
(2) Print out the state of county orders with the exemptions highlighted.
(3) Have the clerk read the paper instead of you speaking.

So far I have not had any trouble with this method.

FOR TESTING:

Take a look at this and share it with the people who want you to get tested:

• LabCorp and FDA Say Tests are Not Accurate
• Just Sing On the Swab

and ask:

(1) Where is the law that compels me to get tested?
(2) Why get tested if the results are inaccurate?
(3) What action will you take because of the results?
(4) I have a "Patient's Bill of Rights" that allows me to deny any medical intervention.
If you are fired, you can collect unemployment, and also find an employment attorney in your area to take on your case if you want to go that route.

FOR TRAVEL BY PLANE:

(1) Call the airlines in advance of your trip.
(2) Ask this: "What accommodations do you have for those who cannot wear a mask?"
(3) Decide what you will do based on the info, and GET THE INFO IN WRITING, and the NAME OF THE PERSON.

FOR FACE SHIELDS:

Face shields carry the risk of:

(1) reducing oxygen
(2) interfering with communication (very DANGEROUS as you cannot shout to someone to alert them of danger)
(3) BLUR the vision and cause glare, leading to cataracts, which are the leading cause of blindness
(4) NOT NECESSARY AND NO SCIENCE BEHIND THEIR EFFECTIVENESS
(5) You are basically partaking in a medical experiment, that you do not consent to.

I would file a complaint with OSHA against the employer for creating hazards in the workplace.

My (current) remedy?

1. Find those under the radar (alternative healers, mom and pop shops, etc) that you can develop relationships with.


2. Start to prepare with supplies, protection, medicine as much as you can. If you have pets, get refills on any medications for them, stock up on food. etc.


3. Connect with those in your area you can trust for collaboration and support. We have groups starting to form soon.


4. Pray. I do the same.


5. Keep connected with us. Things are changing quickly and we need all hands on deck.
