To understand CERN you have to look at what you can't see.

There are two valid thoughts in the above quote.

The first thought is "...particles...never existed to begin with."

The second thought is "They (particles) were all made up (created) by the imaginations of quantum physicists."

The word observe can be expanded into objective (object) survey (boundaries). When object boundaries are impressed, with intention (internal tension, which is separated potential, organization, structure) on chaos (aether) the object "is" (timeless, is-tense, nonpersistent, static state). To get persistence two separate objects must be "imaged" (objectively surveyed). This yields distance, which is time, which is persistence (ex or not "is" tense, existence). Distance (existence) can range from a flashing instant to everlasting time, whatever the creator(s) prefer. Object complexity is also a preference.

This is basic creation as illustrated by the Masonic emblem where the compass describes sphere of relationships of the object to other objects, the square describes the boundaries of the object and the G describes the attributes of the god object intended to be existent. Both material objects and spiritual objects can be created and they can be mixed. Stone most effectively represents the perfectly dense chaos (aether) from which objects are drawn but it doesn't make a good ring so gold is often used with understanding. This procedure is also known as magic.

Thought one, "...particles...never existed to begin with." Someone imaged an atom. Someone else then imaged complexity for the atom. This continued until there were whole fields of financial complexity where there used to be a little marble thing. Financial fields attract more objects into existence. More objects is more building blocks. You can't build much with marbles. But, if you can create enough complexity into the marbles you can have a Physicists Erector Set. And if you could get 99.999% of the population to believe it real it would move from hypothesis to sound theory (existence). Thought two, "They (particles) were all made up (created) by the imaginations of quantum physicists." Yep.

So, now that you have a lot of cool, diverse pieces, what's next? Simple. You move all of these cool pieces into a unified financial field in the sovereign nation of CERN where they can be organized and studied to determine what is needed to create a common demon-ator, aka god particle where the public is concerned. Once the god particle is hypothesized and then theorized or brought into existence by the faith (authorization) of the 99.999% the CERN corporation will be able to control every material and spiritual aspect of the known universe through common denominator or solvent. This sounds like a fearful lot of territory, but if you subtract the known universe from the infinite universe and hold them side by side the known universe doesn't amount to much. And it gives some semblance of meaning and purpose to the existence of the CERNITES. So don't judge too harshly. Be nice.

This ownership of the known universe has been attempted before, hence the CERN-Shiva thing. The creation-destruction cycle is just management spelled with three words. CERN is the latest attempt and probably won't be the last. The management plan works on paper and it should and would work in real time if it wasn't for those silly butterflies.
