Thanks for this, M. I told you that I opened up a new email addy but the darn thing placed two RMN emails in a folder they call 'Promotions' :-) I've looked and looked but can't seem to find out how to not let that happen again..

Reveratrol also raises a females estrogen levels. That could give you migraines as well..

It doesn't happen to all that many people, but I was getting ocular migraines and couldn't figure out why because I'd never had them before. Then I was listening to a radio show where this woman who gave advice on nutrition was saying that resveratrol gave her ocular migraines. BOOM ! I had been taking resveratrol. So I quit, and the ocular migraines went away. (There's no pain with an ocular migraine but blood rushes into the area behind the eyeball and causes big black places, severely limiting your vision. Also, sometimes you get weird almost psychedelic designs in your vision so that in both instances you have to pull off the road when you're driving and wait for the mess to clear up. It can take ten to 20 min., at least for me).
